My Claim To Seek Justice..

Due to the past illegal grabbing of me to mental health hospitals as a non- mental problem person by police officers who were on the same side of those criminals, definitely including Shirley Zhou my previous next door neighbor under the help of her “wolf with sheep clothes” husband Bo Yang the tennis player and Ping Zhang 54 years old lady as the coach giving bad ideas, I wouldn’t go to the police department to report their criminal behaviors anymore, because I can’t afford another grabbing. However, that doesn’t mean that I will tolerate further criminal behaviors and the past criminal behavious. Maggie L. Ding definitely is seeking justice against my previous next door neighbor Shirley Zhou the pretty eyes lady and her husband Bo Yang the tennis neighbor and Ping Zhang 54 years old lady’s criminal behaviors, plus Chun Fan as Albert’s mom if they did the bad things to us, and I meant the above 4 people as those identities if they did criminal stuffs on me and my daughter, no replacement hassles. I will never ever seek any sort of law enforcement procedures against my husband Kaiyu Pan even though he had hurted me, but I don’t think my husband Kaiyu pan had hurted me physically, I had lots of proofs to show that he had been a good husband and a good daddy. It could be my previous next door neighbor couple, or somebody else. Doing one more that kind of criminal behaviors could only make their previous convictions getting more years of punishment, and it’s going to be so hard to reach their happy time limit of 2012, was that really 2012?? Kaiyu Pan will be my forever family even though we divorced. I had been defending for Kpan in the past several months, setting my husband K up or hurting him equal to hurting me, not that I had a problem, only because he is my family, and I hurted my him emotionally in the past, I wanted to make up to him by defending for him and by giving my voice to the outside world to let them know that it had been all my previous next door neighbor Bo Yang and his wife Shirley’s untruthful rumors which made the reputation of my husband k so bad. Refer to the post of “ Comprehensive Understanding of K My Husband” and “ Comprehensive Understanding of Bo Yang as My previous next door tennis neighbor boy”, also, “Comprehensive Understanding of Ping Zhang the 54 year old lady”. Therefore, You can consider this claim as my living will or my voice just in case something bad happen to me, which I don’t think they should do it one more time, unless they wanted to really spend the rest of their lives in jail. Just in case something bad happening to me, the above statement is going to be my voice or my living will to seek the justice against Shirley Zhou and Bo Yang as my previous next door neighbor, Ping Zhang 54 years old lady and Chun Fan Albert’s mom as criminals. And anything bad happening to me, either the mental health hospital grabbing or the sudden death would be considered as a “criminal behaviors” which will get the punishment eventrually or the “murdering” such as “the involuntary suiside based on the human remote control causing the hormone imbalance”. I am not leaving this town, and not going to kill myself no matter what. And kind of bad remote control over the body of my husband KP and my daughter will be considered as “murdering behaviors too”. Remember the old Chinese sayings “If you don’t want other people know your bad behaviors, you’d better not do it in the first place”. The most scary people who might want to do these to me would be Shirley Zhou my previous next door neighbor the red wolf lady and her criminal husband Bo Yang the tennis player and Ping Zhang 54 years old lady whose time limitation is still on. But the glad thing was these criminals’ minds could have been read too. There had been so many untruthful rumors against my husband K in the past 3 years. I am definitely against Bo Yang the criminal and his wife Shirley Zhou the red wolf criminal and Ping Zhang 54 years old criminal too. Kaiyu Pan my husband is my forever family no matter what!!!
The criminal grabbing happened on me in 2009 and 2010 and 2011 were the following four: All the Grabbing definitely had something to do with Shirley Zhou the red wolf and Ping Zhang 54…
1. On 8/31/2009 police officers grabbed me into jail for 9 hours, because I was trying to make breast specialist appointment in the doctor’s office, and the people who were behind these could be Ping Zhang 54 years old lady and Shirley Zhou my previous next door neighbor the red wolf lady who might believe the rumors of my breast having a problem and by doing that they can see my treatment was postponed. However, my 2006 normal breast ultrasound result from China in the period of 5/4/2006 to 6/27/2006 automatically corrected those rumors. They just didn’t know this. Because that ultrasound was done after the 7/13/2005 external breast biopsy procedure and the following caring procedures. Refer to the detailed posts.
2. On 1/19/2010 police officers grabbed me to Grady hospital for one day, because I was going to John’s creek police dept to report the 100 million sleeping bugs syndrome after the lunch in a Chinese restaurant. The person behind this incidence could be still Ping Zhang 54 years old lady who worked from home on Tuesday too and the timing of the grabbing was around 1:45pm to 2:00pm, Or Shirley Zhou the red wolf pretty eyes my previous next door neighbor. And the reason I said this incidence had nothing to do with my husband kaiyu Pan was because of the gesture I made at the end of Dec. 2009 to put myself into the van to avoid the possible car accident when they had the trip to the north. Plus, we had good Christmas dinner with his sister family.

On 2/1/2010 police officers grabbed me to Peach Ford hospital for 2 weeks, because I was trying to make a mammogram appointment, and the people behind this incidence could be still Ping Zhang 54 years old lady and Shirley Zhou the red wolf my previous next door neighboror based on the postponing the possible “treatment” from doctor office could kill me thought. They wish me die in 2009 and 2010. They didn’t know that my breast was fine.
In conclusion, all the breast appointment making related issues which caused the grabbing me to the mental health hospital had nothing to do with my husband K, especially the 2/1/2010 incidences had nothing to do with my husband K, because K my husband knew my 2006 ultrasound examination in China was normal. He knew that I was fine with my breast. Therefore, it all must be the jealoucy wife Shirley Zhou my previous next door neighbor and Ping zhang 54 years old lady who tried to postpone my “treatment” although I didn’t need one, because they might believe in the rumors from there. And the person behind her could be either her husband Bo Yang the tennis player as my previous next door neighbor who wanted to use this police involvement to make the reputation of my husband bad. Also, Ping Zhang 54 years old ice lady and Shirley Zhou the red wolf as always. They deserved to go to jail or at least get fired. Bo Yang had probably established certain power as a “wolf with the sheep clothes”. Finally, the sheep clothes was gone. My point was that the appreciation from my husband k wouldn’t make him to grab me into peach ford hospital in the first place, we had nice dinner with his sister family in Christmas, therefore no way for him to do any hurting thing to me. Sometimes, you can just feel it. Similarly, the 1/19/2010 grabbing me to Grady hospital incidence had nothing to do with my husband either, due to the same reason from Dec. 2009’s appreciation.

On 3/25/2011, again, police officers grabbed me second time to Peach Ford hospitalfor 4 weeks, because I went to ADT Shirley Zhou my previous next door neighbor’s company to try to tell her company’s people about her past criminal behaviors done on me, it was a Friday afternoon, on which Bo Yang my previous next door neighbor the tennis player worked from home, therefore, the person behind this grabbing definitely could be done by this Bo Yang my previous next door neighbor as a protecting husbandof Shirley Zhou or protecting his own criminal behaviors. Or Ping Zhang 54 years old lady who could work from home too on Friday and was afraid of me talking about the “after 7/1/2010 ob gyn examination” itching details to the strangers. One thing needed to clear up here was that somebody gave me impression that Shirley Zhou the red wolf neighbor changed her company from “UPS, which is a sure thing” to “ADT security company, and under some kind of influnences, on 3/25/2011, I thought I was going to “ADT”, but I actually went to “ADP” in Alpharetta, I don’t know if the criminals had changed the ADT company into ADP name or not, But, I did go to ADP to try to tell Shirley Zhou’s past criminal behaviors and 7/1/2010 itching behaviors. They were afraid of me talking to the strangers about their criminal behaviors.
Because of these shits they put on the head of my husband KP, and because it was too many in the past 3 years, it had ruined the reputation of my husband k so badly that people might think that my husband k would be the dinorssore, but, my husband k is not the bad dinorsore, if they had to use the dinorsore to indicate the bad guys, then, I think the dinorsore’s color should be either the coffee color of Ping Zhang ice 54 years old lady’s color or the red color of my previous next door neighbor Shirley Zhou’s color or the blue color of my previous next door neighbor Bo Yang the tennis boy. They acturally should put the “snakes” as the monster to indicate better, which basically meant my previous next door neighbor couple, blue snake and red snake, because their birth year was in 1965, the snake year.

All of the above criminal nazy behaviors done on me made me not to be able to trust any authorities to do the criminal reporting of their behaviors anymore. Maybe there were bubbles, but they seemed like bubbled pretty well. However, not reporting doesn’t mean that I am the one who has the problems, ok! That was why I said to cut Shirley Zhou and Bo Yang the grey wolf and red wolf and Ping Zhang 54 years old lady. Therefore, Stop mixing me with the lady criminals.
I wanted to seek justice into an action. But, due to the above incidences caused by some of the criminals, I couldn’t be able to do it, now time flies by till almost 3 years with the statute of limitation. I here now have a big claim of the above. Please save whatever evidences for me to be used agaist Shirley Zhou and Bo Yang as my previous next door neighbor couple for their criminal behaviors, also Ping Zhang 54 years old lady’s criminal behaviors, so that when the time came, all the evidences and my written words and claims like this would be pretty ready to be used. Then,“Money Can Be Shared “dream would become true. The purpose of this claim is for the lawyer to know that within the limitation period, Lan Maggie Ding did want to sue Shirley Zhou, Bo Yang, Ping Zhang, Chun Fan if they did the criminal behaviors on me , my husband, and my daughter, I meant these people as the their lawful identities, no replacement tricks.. Kaiyu Pan my exhusband will be my forever family, I will not seek any legal suits against him no matter what!!! And I don’t think he would do the hurting me and my daughter stuff as a loving husband and a dad, even though he had somebody in his mind at that moment.
