No Asiago Cheese to be added, It’s In the Sauce (Write on 6/26/2011)
1. Sauce portion reduction for Afredo pasta today, plus no Asiago cheese added leaves the pasta flavor becomes less tasted…( the cheese was added to the sauce, hopefully they really do)
2. Camera Observer including the general manager, saw different cooking process today, especially the sauce portion for Afredo sauce was reduced to 8oz per portion of pasta, when other pastas’ sauce portion stayed the same as usual like one for 16 oz, then, they might think Maggie is not consistent, or she just did it wrong.
3. No parsley added to Afredo pasta, confused about this, should I add or not? Jean luc , the same manager who fired me said no, still it’s camera observation impression thing, people wondered if she forgot? No.
4. Some sause might be thicker, some might be thinner, or thicker this bag, thinner that bag, the pasta cooking person should have a little freedom to adjust the water, the salt, etc, by telling me exactly to follow the recipe by assistant manager Jean luc today made me wondering what I should do.
5. After getting there around 11:30am, I couldn’t even find my time card, it was held by one of the managers, what does that mean?
6. After I got there, I was dealing with the issue of whether to put the asiago cheese into the Afredo pasta,didn’t have time to check if all the necessary working tools were available, then, it turned out that the important measuring container was not available, had to go grab it when pasta is already on the stove. And didn’t have time to pre cook some pasta before 12:00pm, when the lunch food should be put in there. Next time, I will do better, 江湖险恶.
7. If I am not that kind of nice like I used to be, it’s all that kind of 江湖险恶’s fault, (refer to my other posts in my blog) they made me becoming a tougher person. But, again, from the camera observer’s point of view, if they didn’t know the tricks like the above, and only saw my “tough”, yelling part, then, they might have a wrong impression. For people who knew me long enough, they know that if I acted certain unusual way, there could be a reason behind it.
8. I don’t like this kind of tough. The ideal situation is I don’t have to deal with all these shit, I just do whatever I need to do regularly as a regular person, that’s all. The real tough is to stand up for my right, but somehow, with all the past experiences I had, I was just too shaky. How about giving some of the meanest some tough scenarios to work on, such as being fired or being salary reduced, to see how they would handle the situation like that and how they would feel without money? I am the one who ended up with being able to only work for 3.5 hours. And it’s not that the store didn’t need the people, they still hire.
9. I have to say that I do need to appreciate the previous considerate thoughts in the past several weeks from “YOU”, such as the sauce being ready, the pastas being there already, etc, ( Speaking of the appreciation, there are some other better examples from the past, but I didn’t say thank you, although I felt appreciated. It’s been almost 3 years.
10. Today, I realized I had taken it for granted for some of these helps before, without your extra 关照, under a couple of ladies’ bad intention, it could be much worse. For example, the measuring container for pasta was not available when It should be there today, somebody just took it.
11. This is my stupid being a victim’s life, without your protection, or considerate thoughts, my life could be much worse, although I am still not very lucky. Thank all of you, if you know what I meant, everyone who has been there for me, especially the one who gave the order to care, such as my husband, Mr. Blue, Mr. Pilot and the person behind, silver? Or Blue? Mr. good computer guy, Mr. observatory who understood me, Mr. writer if there is one, Mr. Cow who somehow manage to help me in certain way, especially the boy who hinted me in the library, the one who manage to balance everything, etc.That’s why I used to say that before I die, one of my wills would be being told all the stories about my own life and the lives around me by some of you, and get to meet all these people, at least some of the pictures of them, and to know who they are, what they have done for me, and thank them.

12. Here is the story for today:
Blanca, who cooked the ugly pasta by using the “liquid eggs” on Mother’s day, told me there is no need to add “Asiago cheese” into the “ Asiago Afredo Pasta”.
Here’s the underneath trick behind this simple thing:
Since there could be some cameras around my working area, somebody including the general manager Craig would notice that there is no “Asiago Cheese” being added like the way I usually cooked, therefore, they might think that Maggie forgot adding it, and it becomes my fault, so that it will give them excuse to fire me. There are a couple of meanest ladies could be behind these.
According to the written instruction of white Afredo pasta and red vegetable ragu pasta:
When all of other pastas still have one container of pasta for 16 oz sauce receipe, this Afredo pasta has only 8 oz.sauce for one container of pasta. Plus, there is no Asiago cheese to be added to the pasta because the cheese has been added to the pasta sauce, (hopefully they really did that) the pasta could taste different today. From the camera observation point of view, the observer would think that Maggie must have done something wrong by reducing the sauce portion from the previous one portion for 16 oz to today’s one portion for 8 oz, and she didn’t add the Asiago cheese today, did she forget? Then, the fault is mine.
